AHL – American Hustle Life! (2014)
This was a show BTS starred in during their rookie days in Las Angeles, California, where they were trained and taught the ways of American rap culture and music by experts, legends, and teachers deep in LA. It made for some amazing memories for the fandom and BTS!
V app – Kool FM! (2014-present)
This is a yearly tradition for their anniversaries that Bighit started for BTS, and luckily have been keeping it going ever since 2014. It is usually an hour or longer session where BTS sit in a room together at a table, review the year, talk about their most recent album of the year, the songs and their significance, sing together, share memories, do fun little things for fans, read letters that they made for each other, and it’s basically all to recall and reminisce on the year they had together as a group and what they want for the future ((“:
V app – Bokbulbok! (2015)
This was another series that BTS had going on, this time during their INU era, and it was basically where every week or two weeks, they’d release a fun episode of them sitting in their practice room and doing random challenges and games together! It was always fun to watch!
V app & Youtube – Eat Jin! (2015-present)
So this, as you can see, is a series started up by our dear Jin! This series is where he uploads videos on either the V app or their Youtube channel of him eating food, and most of the time trying to describe the taste, or in other words review it. He’s done this with chicken, side dishes, sponsored food, lmao the boy’s done it all. In technical terms, it’s his version of Mukbang!
V app – Run BTS! (2015-present)
This is an amazing series that BTS started during their “Dope” era, and it’s kinda like Bokbulbok in the random challenge aspect but way more lit 😂 As the name of the series says, they “run,” and they legit do run sometimes because this series is full of fun physical activity-revolved challenges and things for them to do as groups, as usual on teams with scores and whatnot. Such a fun one!
V app – “1 minute English” with Jungkook & Rapmon! (2015)
Lmao so this series kinda died out, most probably because it wasn’t a series the company set up and it was usually something they both did on their own time, & they’ve all gotten hella busy these days. But basically, since Rapmon is fluent in English and Jungkook at the time really wanted to learn (Is currently learning actually), it was a legit 1 minute series (Of like 2 episodes lmao) where Rapmon would teach Jungkook an English word and the meaning, then they’d mess around and repeat the word in some sentences and that’s where the “Pardon?” Meme started lmfAo
V app – Hope on the street! (2016-present?)
Ahhh our awesome and skilled dancer Jhope! He started up this series where he would usually warm up like he would before dancing, talk to ARMY, give us tips on how he does his excersizes, what methods he likes to use when practicing dance, and then of course, he’d broadcast himself dancing! These things would last very long, almost an hour each, and it would always be so entertaining to see him focused and energized, and in his element!
V app – BTS Gayo! (2016-present)
This is another awesome series that BTS introduced to us during the end of their “Dope” era and it is very much like the “Run BTS!” series, only in this series, they do.. how should I put it.. Very unique things and challenges as a group that normally we wouldn’t be able to see them do together, such as cooking challenges, memory games, trivias, more brain-related challenges and activities that show off each member’s way of thinking!
V app – “Hwagae Market” starring Jhope and Suga! (2016-present)
This was a series where Jhope and Suga would act as old men who own a market on the side of the road, and before each episode, they would open the doors ((“: Here they talked about things that were going on with them, watch videos together, eat food together, and basically chill! It was nice seeing the two together and vibing!
V app – “Flower Boy Bromance” Starring V! (2016)
V, along with a friend of his starred in this series of 4 episodes on the V app where the two were recorded spending time together, going on “dates,” and just having fun as friends! It was really nice seeing V having fun with his friend (“:
V app – “Celebrity Bromance” Starring Jungkook! (2016)
Yet another series like the one above, but in this series, Jungkook went on various outings with a member from the legendary Kpop group SHINWA! The two shared deep thoughts and talks together, Jungkookie as the shy baby he is, was able to open up to his inspiration about wanting BTS to be a life-lasting group like SHINWA, and the guys basically vibed together the whole time. It was like a real touching father-son type relationsip they formed! *Tears*
V app – 1st Bon Voyage! (2016-present)
Bts venured to Europe on a vacation! And they recorded their journey, bumps along the road, and discoveries that they found in the new and beautiful country. It was amazing to see them loosen up and have some time to adventure new lands! (P.S, they lost a LOT of things haha) Every vacation they have, I’m assuming that Bighit is gonna turn it into another Bon Voyage series! Another one is on the way soon too!
Law of the Jungle! (2017)
This is a series that Jin took part of with several episodes of him and a group of other celebrities traveling to an island together, having to complete various INTENSE survival missions, which was amazing and scary/hard to watch at times!! But Jin made some new connections and experienced what it was like to survive on an island at harsh tropical conditions and weather!
